Our Work Today
Today, Vincent House Trust continues to provide safe, affordable housing.Â
Â
Alongside this, the Trust supports community wellbeing through its close working relationship with MindPlus.

Vincent House Trust also maintains its long-standing connection with Te Puke Baptist Church, reflecting the faith, care and community values that have been part of the Trust’s story from the beginning.

Housing
Vincent House Trust exists to relieve poverty by providing quality, affordable housing options for people who may otherwise struggle to find and maintain a sustainable tenancy.

We recognise that having a safe place to live is essential to a person’s wellbeing. Through our housing, we aim to support people to build stability, maintain tenancy and move forward with confidence.
Supporting Our Community
Vincent House Trust also seeks to benefit the wider community by supporting local charitable initiatives and organisations.

We work closely with Mindplus ....Â
Pastoral Care and Spiritual Guidance
As part of our charitable purpose, Vincent House Trust also seeks to advance religion by providing Christian chaplaincy, pastoral care and spiritual guidance to vulnerable people and others in the wider community.

Through a partnership with the Te Puke Baptist are are able to offer pastoral care to our community

This is offered with respect, compassion and a desire to support people through life’s challenges.
Trust Governance
Vincent House Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees who are responsible for guiding the Trust and making sure its work remains aligned with its charitable aims.

The Board provides oversight, direction and accountability for the Trust’s housing, community support and pastoral care activities. Its role is to ensure that Vincent House Trust continues to operate with integrity, care and good stewardship.
Stewardship and oversight
