Safe, affordable housing
Our complex is built around safety, dignity and respect. We aim to provide a stable environment where tenants can live well, build independence and feel part of a supportive community.
To help protect this environment, all tenants agree to follow the Vincent House Trust Boarding House Rules. These rules are in place to support safety, privacy, wellbeing and respectful shared living.
We Aim to create an enviroment that is
Safe and respectful
Everyone has the right to feel safe and valued in their home.
Tenants are expected to treat others with dignity and respect,.
Clean and tidy
Tenants are responsible for keeping their unit clean, tidy and safe.
This includes removing rubbish, reducing clutter, cleaning surfaces, opening windows daily and avoiding drying washing inside to help prevent mould and condensation.
Private and secure
Every tenant is entitled to privacy, personal space and enjoyment of their home.
Alcohol and drug free
Alcohol and other drugs are not allowed anywhere on the property.
This helps protect safety, behaviour and community wellbeing.
Calm and settled
Tenants are asked to keep noise low between 10pm and 7am.
This helps everyone get the rest they need and supports a peaceful living environment.
Smoke and vape free
Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, including rooms, units, shared areas and outdoor spaces.
This protects health, reduces fire risk and helps keep the environment clean.

Our facilities include 8 two-bedroom units, 2 one-bedroom units, and 1 three-bedroom units, ensuring a variety of spaces to suit different needs.

Homestead

Vincent House Trust also provides a standalone four-bedroom home as part of its housing portfolio.
The standalone home offers tenants greater independence while still being part of the wider Vincent House Trust pathway.
Transitional Three-Bedroom Apartment
Vincent House Trust also provides a three-bedroom transitional rental home for short-term housing support.
This home is intended for people or households who need temporary accommodation while they work toward a more stable, long-term housing option.

Stays are generally for up to three months, depending on individual circumstances, availability and agreed tenancy arrangements.
The transitional home provides a safe and settled place to stay during a period of change. It is designed to support stability, planning and connection while tenants prepare for their next step.
